How do I access the currency trading platform if I am behind a firewall or use a proxy server?

In order to access the currency trading platform while running through a proxy server, it is necessary to make sure that the proxy server has port 8080 open for bi-directional traffic as well as have all ports from 1024 and up open to send data. If it is not possible for the proxy server to accommodate this, it may be necessary to request a connection separate from the proxy server in order to facilitate connection to the currency trading software. The requirements for a proxy server are the same as what is needed to access the online currency trading platform while behind a firewall.

How long is the currency trading demo period for your software?

What do I do if I get the message "You are already registered with another demo user"?

This means that your trading demo account has expired. You can sign up for a new demo or open an account after that.

Contact us with the time you tried to log into your currency demo program. We can check if the demo system was down when you were trying to log in. If this is not the case, it is usually due to having either a firewall or proxy server, which is answered above.
