Currency Charting Toolbar

On the left of the charting toolbar, the first three buttons allow day traders to select the currency pair, chart period (time interval), and type of currency chart.

Currency Pair
Traders could graph a total of 9 currency pairs with our software. They simply choose the currency pair they want to chart from the drop-down box shown below. Notice that in the example shown, the trader has selected the EUR/USD pair.

Chart Period
The available intervals in our charting platform include daily, weekly, and monthly periods, as well as 8 intraday FX charts (1-minute, 5-minute, 10-minute, 15-minute, 30-minute, 1-hour, 2-hour, and 4-hour periods). To choose a specific period, simply select the time in the drop-down box as shown on the example (the trader is about to select a daily period-graph; in other words, each bar or candle represents one day of pricing data).

* To use intraday periods (popular for day trading), select either candlestick charts, bar charts, or line graphs from the chart type menu. The other chart types are only available for daily, weekly and monthly price data.

Text Functions

The leftmost button of the three buttons selected below t is used to input text on a chart. After selecting the button, a trader clicks anywhere on the FX chart and a text box with a blinking cursor appears to allow him to enter the desired text. The middle button erases the last text box added to the chart and the last button erases all text boxes.
